How to change or cancel my order?

We are not able to make changes or cancel orders once they've been placed. Our team proceeds orders quickly to ensure you get your pieces as soon as possible, Please send an email to info@vidaciana.com if you enter an wrong shipping address or need to cancel your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees.

Can I apply a promo code to a purchase I already made?

We cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

How can I track my order?

We'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number once we've shipped your order.

What's your return and exchange policy?

We actually do not offer exchanges for any pieces.

All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached (if any), in all original packing(box and pouch included)

Do you offer replacements?
